The Holy Rosary School held it’s 15th annual Holiday Crafts and Gifts Boutique on Saturday, November 18, 2017. There were at least 50 local crafters showcasing their wares. All of the buying and selling during the morning hours created a big breakfast appetite that only the Knights of Columbus Council 2143 could fill! Breakfast consisted of Scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, sausages and a bottomless cup of coffee. Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus was on hand for the big and little kids. The Knights were successful beyond imagination as the crowds kept on asking for more and more food. The demand was so great that as we were closing down we had to dip into our own staff’s stash of breakfast muffins. That is what you call a successful Knights function!!!
