The Holy Rosary Famous Taco Committee spends months planning and preparing for the Holy Rosary Taco Booth found at the Yolo County Fair every August.  This year was no different and required many hands to prepare the thousands of tacos needed to feed fair goer’s.  Over 325 parishioners worked over several days in the preparations of the delicious tacos.  Among those helping were the Knights of Columbus Council 2143 located in Woodland California.  The Holy Rosary Famous Taco Committee was happy to report that this year’s taco sales at the Yolo County Fair was a success and generated $67,500 for our new Church Fund.
